Community Links at Walton-Le-DaleWalton-le-Dale is proud of the links it has with other organisations. As an Arts College we work with our partner primary schools in Bamber Bridge and Blackburn, as well as Runshaw College in Leyland. We also have a closerelationship with The Coppice Special School and these studentscan often be seen learning at Walton-le-Dale. In recent years we have also extended our links with employers and local art organisations. You may also be interestedto know that our facilities are also available for use by community groups, reflecting our belief that our Bamber Bridge Children's CentreWalton-le-Dale Arts College is proud to host the Children's Centre for the local area. The Centre is open during the day to support the health and welfare of babies and young children, as well as provide advice and support for parents and those involved in caring for young children. We have a team of outreach workers to support organisations in the local area and the Centre is used by, for example, health visitors and child minders.  |
