We are pleased to announce that Walton-Le-Dale Arts College is 50 year's old this year.

We celebrated the event with a Carnival on Saturday 14th July 2007 in the school grounds. There were a variety of attractions to suit all ages, including a Bouncy Castle, Climbing Wall, Birds of Prey Demonstration, B-B-Cue, Army Combat Team, Police and Fire Demonstrations, Magic Show, Football/Rugby League competitions, Face Painting, Shire Horses, Pop Corn, Candy Floss, Craft Tents, Fairground Stalls and much more.

The purpose of the day was not only to celebrate Walton-le-Dale’s success over the years but for everyone to come along and enjoy a fun packed family day out. There was an excellent attendance by the local community, along with many ex-pupils and teachers surfacing. All in all a great day was had and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their help and support in making our 50th Anniversary Carnival the success it was.
